As a experienced Manager I’ve worked the past years to successfully lead organizational change by showing my Service Delivery, Process & Program Manager expertise utilizing my in depth knowledge of Problem, Change, Incident and Service Management. Working in a broad range of roles with high profile clients in several business areas (Finance, Manufacturing and Leisure), resulted in being able to develop, implement and follow through on both lean and workable solutions and processes in high pressured environments, dealing with resources from operations to C-level.
